We CANNOT predict what is most likely to change - Motivation or Behaviour. There are too many combinations of aspects, levels and impacts on Behaviour and Motivation, to make general predictions.  Generally we do not expect types to change and if so, it is more likely the secondary type that changes instead of the primary type.  Often we focus the development on the pitfalls but keep the strengths.

It's suggested to redo the EASI test normally in the interval of 2 years.
