MPA is an occupational personality test that identifies crucial behaviour traits for success in any given job. MPA helps companies optimise their selection process by identifying potential and talent.

MPA has been awarded a Quality Stamp, and Certificate of Registration as Psychological Test by the British Psychological Society.  

It assesses and describes behaviour in 9 basic properties (Achievement Orientation, Emotional control, Abstraction Orientation) and supplementary properties (Independence, Initiative and Motivation). These are divided into three main areas: Ego Drive, Social Factors, Work Style.

MPA (English version) is accredited by British Psychological Society in the years of 2007, 2012, 2017 and 2022. to meet the psychometric requirements according to the Revised EFPA Review Model for Description and Evaluation of Psychological Test, including the quality, the provision technical and user documentation, the quality of the test materials, the test's validity, reliability and the provision of norms or other information necessary for meaningful interpretation of scores.
